By using our website, social media platforms, or any services associated with Lane 23, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

Lane 23 may amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our official channels. Continued use of our services or venue following adjustments will be understood as acceptance of those modifications.We may suspend or restrict access to any user who:

Management reserves the right to:

• Contact relevant authorities at its sole discretion.
3. Digital Content & Intellectual Property
All media and written assets associated with Lane 23: including images, videos, branding, text, and promotional materials are owned by Lane 23 or its approved collaborators.
You may not:
• Copy, republish, resell, or modify our content
• Use brand elements without written authorization
• Utilize content for commercial or promotional purposes without approval
Any unauthorized usage may result in legal action.
4. User Submissions, Reviews & Feedback
We welcome community input, but any content you submit (reviews, comments, ideas, testimonials, media, etc.) may be used by Lane 23 for promotional or operational purposes.
You agree not to post or submit content that:
• Violates copyright, trademark, or the rights of others
• Is offensive, defamatory, obscene, violent, or discriminatory
• Harms the reputation of Lane 23, our patrons, or partners
• Promotes illegal activity or unsafe behavior

5. Events, Bookings & Service Information
We strive to provide accurate details for events, promotions, and bottle packages. However:
• Event lineups may change
• Prices and menus may be adjusted
• Seating or table availability may vary
• Visual materials may differ from live production
All reservations are subject to final confirmation by Lane 23 management. Failure to attend or incomplete payment may result in cancellation or forfeiture of deposits.
6. Guest Lists, Promotions & Communications
By submitting your information (via forms, RSVP, reservations, or guest lists), you agree that Lane 23 may contact you with:
• Event updates or confirmations
• VIP or bottle promotions
• Announcements, collaborations, playlists, or nightlife content

9. Indemnity
By using Lane 23 services or entering the venue, you agree to defend and hold Lane 23 harmless against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from:
• Misuse of our platforms
• Violations of these terms
• Behavior resulting in harm to property, guests, or staff
10. termination of access
These Terms remain active until either party terminates the relationship.
You may discontinue use at any time. Lane 23 retains the right to restrict or terminate access to anyone who violates the Terms, infringes on venue policies, or threatens safety.

These Terms are governed by applicable Malaysian laws and regulations. Any disputes may be handled under Malaysian jurisdiction.
